Bruce Sheridan is the founder of Life Compass Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping young adults ages 18–28 launch into adulthood with clarity, conviction, and purpose. Through one-on-one coaching, small group programs, and faith-based teaching, Life Compass equips young adults to create their own personal Life Compass®, a practical plan looking three years ahead that focuses on five core areas: God, Friends & Family, Career, Budget, and Risk. The goal is simple but powerful: help young adults move from uncertainty to intentional living.
Bruce brings a rare mix of business leadership and personal mentorship to this work. As an EOS Implementer, he coaches leadership teams in small and mid-sized businesses using the Entrepreneurial Operating System, helping organizations gain clarity, alignment, and traction. Over more than 35 years, his career has spanned multiple stages, from launching three successful small businesses to working inside Fortune 2 boardrooms. Along the way, he developed a deep understanding of what actually works when people are trying to build something meaningful.
Life Compass grew out of Bruce’s desire to bring those same lessons about clarity, planning, and accountability to young adults at the beginning of their journey. After decades spent helping companies define where they are going and how to get there, he saw an opportunity to help the next generation do the same for their own lives. The result is a coaching approach that blends practical planning with faith, mentorship, and real-world wisdom.
